Chivalry medieval warfare 3rd person3/19/2023 ![]() ![]() Here, you're quite spoiled from the start. I'm a slave to those unlocks - when I see other players with bigger, badder weapons. I don't know about you, Hex - but I found that to be a little bit less motivating. But there's far less customisation involved compared to war of the roses. There are some additional weapons and items that can still be unlocked. Yeah, me too, it's tough going! In Chivalry, white a lot is unlocked from the start - giving you access to a range of heavy and light armour classes, and a whole host of weapons to choose from. I tried to focus on staying alive, mostly. I can't say I had much of an opportunity out on the field to make use of strategies like feints, though. Yes, it's kind of like the cooler, better-looking cousin, isn't it only this time you're thrown into the first person view. And while this one didn't quite take hold of the team with the addictive insanity Roses did, there are some things it does better, and we've been having a great time with it. After the lol-worthy, sword-swinging chaos that was War of the Roses, we were keen to try our hand at another game of a similar ilk - Chivalry: Medieval Warfare to see how it would compare.
